Add our calendar

We use the Scoutbook Plus/ Internet Advancement calendar system. The best way to add our calendar is to use the iCal address for your patrol and the troop which can be found when logging into advancement.scouting.org under the Calendar tab in the left-hand navigation bar. The iCal addresses are listed at the bottom of the page. This will work for both Scouts and their parents. If you have issues logging into Scoutbook or Scoutbook Plus/ Internet Advancement, please contact the scoutmaster for assistance.

If you are used to the older Google Calendar-based system, Google Calendar does support iCal addresses. The Scoutbook calendar can be easily imported via the Google Calendar website by clicking the plus button "+" under the "Other Calendars" section and choosing "From URL".  The Scoutbook Plus calendar link can then be pasted in, and the calendar will be added to your Google account. Note: it can take some time for events to synchronize at first.

 The old "Troop 81 Events Calendar," which utilized Google Calendar, was discontinued January 1st, 2025.
